Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use of the services ("Service") that are made available by BNI Trivandrum. (Herein after called "Mettle Mind" or "we" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Mettle Mind and the individual or entity who registers to our event (herein after called "Subscriber" or "you"). This AGREEMENT hereby witnessed as follows

General Condition

By registering or by your use of the Service/app, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. Mettle Mind may terminate your account/access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that Mettle Mind believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party. Mettle Mind may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): www.bnitvm.com/terms.html. The event is only meant for BNI members, who has active BNI membership, can register/use our site as user to book services listed. Terminated/Resigned members are not allowed to register or attend the event without written permission from the Executive Director of BNI Trivandrum Region. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.

Your Consent

Please take a few minutes to review this Policy. By using the Service, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy, you may not access or use the Service.

Intellectual Property

We, along with our corporate affiliates, the Service Providers and other licensors own all of the text, images, software, trademarks, service marks or other material contained on Our Website. You have no right to copy or transmit any of the material. Service or company designations on Our Website/app belong to those respective third parties and may be mentioned in Our Website/app for identification purposes only. Pricing

The prices of all services/products mentioned at the time of booking will be charged on the date of booking. In case additional services are done, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of service/product.

Cancellation

A Registrant can opt to cancel order within 1 hour for the order placed by calling us and receive refund of advance paid if any. Mettle Mind reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction by anyone or breaches the terms & conditions of using the website

Return & Refunds

For Online payments Refunds will be processed within 48 hours and will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 working days depending on the issuing bank.

Use of the Website/app

Any BNI member, who has active BNI membership, can register/use our site as user to book services listed. Terminated/Resigned members are not allowed to register or attend the event without written permission from the Executive Director of BNI Trivandrum Region. If you become a registered user/guest, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be responsible for all use of Our Website/app by you, anyone using your password and login information (with or without your permission) and anyone whom you allow to access your account. All information that you provide to us must be accurate and up-to-date. If any of your information changes, you must immediately update it. If you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure (e.g., loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of your information or computer or mobile device used to access Our Website/app, you must promptly change your password and personal information that is affected.

You must provide a valid mobile number, and that number used for login and to receive messages or other communications from Our Website/app directly to your mobile device.

There is no option for changing mobile number from your side, if you want to change mobile number you must contact us directly through “contact us” form provided in the site. We are not be liable for information sent to your device from the service provider such us coupon code, promotion SMS etc.

Apart from the above Terms and Conditions, you agree not to do any of the following without prior permission of Mettle Mind:

We reserve the right at any time and from time-to-time to modify, edit, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Service (or any portion thereof) and/or the information, materials, products and/or services available through the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
